By purchasing a contract you ensure that your regular computer service and repair needs will be met for a fraction of the cost. You may also use all the time with one service call, or ration the time with several shorter appointments.
For a monthly fee of $95.00 you receive computer service for up to four hours per month, which can save you up to 50% in labor costs. This package is ideal for small businesses with less than ten computers that need their data backed up, and computer hard drives serviced on a regular basis.
This package is also well suited for residential customers who have up to three computers and require a technician to work on one or more fairly frequently.
With this package you may use all of the time in one day, or spread it out over the month.
For a monthly fee of just $125.00 you are provided with computer service for up to six hours per month. This package is ideal for small businesses with ten to twenty computers that require their data backed up and computer hard drives serviced.
This package is also ideal for customers needing frequent small upgrades or repairs performed for one or more computers. This would include items such as CD ROM replacement or memory upgrades. Instead of paying $330.00 for six hours of labor, you would only pay $125.00. A total savings of $205.00!
For a monthly fee of only $160.00 you receive eight hours of computer service. For only $35.00 more than the cost of package 2, a small business can have regular maintenance plus periodic maintenance and/or upgrades performed, but for only a fraction of the per hour cost.
This package is also appropriate where you require a technician to travel to your business several times a month to work on one or more of your computers. With this package you may use all of the time in a single day, or spread it out so you have a few hours to spend on special emergencies, upgrades or maintenance for the rest of the month. With this package you save up to $280.00 off the cost of eight hours of per hour service.
